Certifications

CATCH Canine Trainers Academy - Body Language & Behavior Problem Solving Skills

CATCH is a state - license and approved dog training program. The school’s founder, David Muriello, CPDT-KA, SDC (Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Service Dog Coach) is a Cornell University graduate who is a longtime Professional Member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT) and has been Certified by the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers since 2004, as well as a member of the Education Advisory Group for the APDT.

This particular CATCH program for Body Language & Behavior Problem Solving Skills was in person and an intense seven all day class that was taught at St. Huberts Animal Shelter. We worked with sheltered dogs with various temperaments and issues as unique as they were. 

Marion's Fairy Tails Certification

This certification was received by attending an intense three hour long class. Our instructor gave us detailed instructions on saving both dogs

and cats with various emergency situations from deep cuts to burns. Along with giving CPR when there is no pulse or they are choking. 

 

The Pet First Aid & CPR educator Steve Ross worked as an EMS and a firefighter. He is certified as a Training Center Faculty with the American Heart Association. He has written plans for EMS and Evacuation, in which part of his evacuation plans includes the evacuation and reentry for civilians, pets and farm animals
